The main purpose of the research is to develop and prepare the technology of obtaining, synthesizing and growing single crystals of complex semiconductor compounds and complex semiconductor compounds and solid solutions with rare earth elements, determining their fundamental and characteristic parameters, investigating charge and heat transfer phenomena, negatron effects, and determining the application prospects of these materials.
In the research laboratory of the Western Caspian University, materials synthesis and purification, cultivation of single crystals of system alloys by the Brijmen method, methods of preparing samples required for research are carried out.
During the activity of the laboratory, it is intended to determine the characteristics of the structural formation of the solid solutions of the mentioned systems, their electrical, thermal, transformative, elastic properties, and to study the mechanism of load and heat transfer phenomena in them.
During the research activity, the structure formation characteristics, electrical, heat, transformation, elasticity characteristics of the solid solutions of the mentioned systems are determined, and the mechanism of charge and heat transfer phenomena is studied in them.
